I was in the same boat friend. I have one tour to Afghanistan and two purple hearts to show for it. This new normal I was told about is a bunch of bs, but I'm sure you're all to aware. Destiny helps me cope by taking my mind off my problems. I explained it to my girlfriend and she seemed to understand. Hope it works for you. Good luck friend.
