I wouldn't say you're in the wrong. It's basically another form of addiction but it beats the hell out of alcohol. My wife and I have had this discussion in the past as well, she understands that this is my way to relax and lose myself for awhile in a place where my biggest issue is running out of ammo. Moderation is key, to maintaining a relationship anyways. I get up at 4 during the week so I started doing that on the weekend to get in 3 or 4 hours before she and my son get up.
