Is Xur's Weekly Inventory Roll RNG or Not?
Can anyone confirm, with empirical irrefutable evidence for us, if Xur's inventory is RNG, or hand picked by some Bungie staff members? I honestly want to know because it seems that the community is split as to whether it's randomly generated, or if the items are hand picked. Any kind of answer would be grateful, even if it's "I can neither confirm, nor deny..."
Remember though that your response [b][u]MUST[/u][/b] be proven. I don't want opinions.

2 RepliesI would be willing to speculate that the weekly xur weapon is not RNG. The armors may be RNG and the armor upgrades are more than likely RNG
