Timur's Lash with good perks (based on preference, smth like Outlaw is welcome) is Godly!! that thing hits like a freakin freight train Fatebringer - it's just an amazing gun overall TLW/Thorn/Hawkmoon - very good PvP choices, but i must say i hardly ever use them in PvE simply cuz i don't like to "waste" my Exotic slot on a primary weapon as i always seem to get more 'bang-4-buck' from Special/Heavy Exotic weapons ANY Vendor/Faction Legendary Handcannon you roll with solid perks ...as for Perks, in general you want large mag-size for PvE, so Field Scout is always ery welcome, fast reload is really good for PvP as well as PvE
