In pvp. I don't really play pvp unless iron banner is around. In pve woc is significantly better. I've tested myself. I have both and my woc isn't even maxed yet and is better.

Meh. I disagree. WoC seems like a weird body double of a gun that I can't put my finger on. Fatebringer is better for precision kills.

Well all I'm saying is that they're both one headshot kill, and with bigger enemies or ones you can't kill in one shot WoC kills them faster.

Well, that's likely only due to the fact that it does 1.1 times the damage.
