Effective strategy for Crota Checkpoint on Hard
I've beaten Crota a total of 11 times this week, two times for my hunter, the rest was to help friends. I get better each time I do it. What to do on Crota Hard you ask? Simple, do the middle strategy, where you go outside to the middle platform, then have someone distract the boomers with ice breaker maxed out, while the others down the sword bearer and down Crota. Now for the boomers you don't want to kill them because of the wizard, it's pretty hard to distract them but possible. The sword bearer must hit crota 7 times the first run, 6 times the second run, and 2 to enrage him, then finish (this is the third run). For the orge go under the right boomer temple and kill first ogre that spawns then second.

1 ReplyWhen getting 7 hits in first sword, do you find it easier to for 3 hits then 4 rather than 4 and 3? Yet to try it on hard as I've 2 Warlocks and a Titan but I always ran the sword on normal.
