I use that area to snipe. Plus my Ice breaker causes more damage then what sniper you were using. Plus i could snipe him with that hawkmoon you have (im good with handcannons). Can i have it since u arent using it. Im on PSN so its OK.

Black hammer has more damage than ice breaker...

I saw your BH doing around 1700 headshot damage. My IB does 2700 headshot damage.

Oh.. well it is stronger maxed out, but its definitely not dramatically stronger :), ice breaker is still a incredible weapon!
