No, but if the guy was still cheating i'd probably be up there out the way
seriously if you are going to teleport then teleport,don't just partially teleport across map at a range you can't normally do to melee players

How do you mean? Was there an issue with Aksor?

I don't know how many others ran into this but it looks like it wasn't widespread Basically he would go to teleport but wouldn't fully disappear, he'd appear next to a player for about a second giving him time to melee before returning to the same spot Also there were times where he'd chain teleport like a minotaur across map Then there was the nexus with his one hit kill
