EDIT - Hey guys, I actually made this post a month and a half ago and for some reason no one noticed then but it's getting a lot of an attention now. I am 32, have been for a while now, I found a regular raiding group for hard mode and have learned the art of soloing normal mode, and I'm okay with the way things are. Some people really don't have the time to schedule with 6 people and raid for a whole day. I'm one of those people, and I would really like for there to be a way to get to level 32 by myself, seeing as I put countless hours into soloing the game's many solo-able modes (everything but the raid) and although I play as much as a raider I could never be rewarded at the same level. Anyways I was thinking something like Vanguards and crucible handlers can sell exotic-bounty-like quests which cost 200 marks. They would play out with a similar amount of challenge as Thorn, and reward the player with lvl 32 gear, which I think is an appropriate reward for an activity like that. Or Bungie can just patch in the option for Raid Matchmaking. Don't give me the "you need to make sure you can trust the players" routine, because 90% of raiders use DestinyLFG anyways which is pretty much really really really slow matchmaking and they turn out fine. Raids are the only activity that you can't solo, so to not add matchmaking into them is a very poor decision to me. However, since it looks like that won't be happening any time soon or even at all, I think it would be really great for someone like me who can't put several-hours at a time into the game, but still plays a lot and is very dedicated to the game, to have the ability to get to lvl 32 by themselves. Many of you say this will be way too easy, but considering you'll be able to buy lvl 33 gear from vendors when HoW comes out I don't think it's too far out of line. But anyways, what do you all think? Please vote in the poll or comment below to let me know! TL;DR - I think there should be a very challenging way to get to lvl 32 without raids that could play out something like Exotic bounties. What to you all think?
