It's a known glitch, clear a spot in your emblems and do it again and you'll get one

You have to wait until reset I'm pretty sure. Happened to me week one but I wasn't gonna do it again lol

Not true, I've beaten it multiple times on my Titan and no emblem.. First time I beat him emblems were full, but subsequent times I made sure I had room.

First time I beat it on my warlock emblems were full didn't get it, second week cleared space and got it, same goes for the shader, it checks to see if it's in your inventory if not it gives it to you, remove the shader from your inventory and put it in the vault next time you do it, will give you another I've tested it
