Thorn, juju or Invective?

I got those three and I picked Thorn, considered one of the more difficult exotic bounties by many. I love Hand Cannons, and I love the look of Thorn. Thorn's biggest sticking point to MANY players here is the PVP aspect. You need those 500 void points (5 per kill with void, 3 for assist, -2 for deaths). That is a challenge. Lots of folks posting here are not as good at PVP as they need to be for that. There are several strategies for getting the 500 void points, but it's possible with time. Bad Juju requires a lot of strike time. Though I bet if I'd taken Bad Juju, I'd have it done by now =) Having more free reign over your weapon choices is probably a lot more helpful. Invective is really kind of easy. Just do Summoning Pits on lowest level as a 25+ and it's cake. There shouldn't be any deaths. At this point if you were doing the bounties, getting the 25 pt k/d spread shouldn't be that difficult. Then the question is do you have your ammo synth cash. Random musing: On one clash game where I was running defender, I ran into the whole other team. I dropped a grenade and fusion rifled someone before I got blasted away. I wish I had my Fist of Havoc up....that would have been a sweet take down!

For PvE, go bad juju. The chain of curses perk makes the weapon worth it. So many supers, especially if you have obsidian mind as a warlock. Basically the reason last week's xûr inventory was so awesome.

Thorn all the way. It's powerful and has a lasting damage effect. Shoot, shoot, run away. (5 seconds later the guy is dead)

I see you have a low level warlock. If you have Obsidian Mind then Bad Juju, if not then Thorn. Level up that Warlock though.

Arguably the best in the game. Especially if you're on Xbox and don't have access to Hawkmoon. Invective is one of the best shotguns in the game. Found Verdict really is the only shotgun that can give it a run for the money... But it is--at the end of the day---a shotgun. Bad Juju is one of the best pulse Rifles int he game, and is a crowd-control beast. But it is still a bit UP against majors. However for warlocks who have Obsidian Mind or Praxic Fire....that combination can be absolutely beastly. Bad Juju has the hardest (longest, tedious) PvE portion. Easiest PvP. Invective has the easiest PvE. In the middle on Pvp difficulty. Thorn has the hardest PvP portion. in the middle on PvE difficulty.

I like JuJu best. Lot of people don't. Thorn is a cheat in crucible. Especially IB

I use Thorn when facing tough enemies, JuJu when against massed hordes, never Invective.
