listen =/= comply Our hosts do listen. Sometimes it can be difficult to pick out who to listen to, especially when there are so many voices clamoring for an ear (and many time demanding something in particular). But I can tell you that more is heard and many are listened to, even if it appears that nothing comes from speaking up. Concentrating ideas, observations, suggestions, criticism, etc. into a single and easy to find (and sift through) thread isn't a bad idea.

It would just be nice for it to at least sometimes [i]appear[/i] that people are being listened to when they bring up the same issues time and time again, even if that doesn't ultimately result in change.
