Destiny doesn't need trading because there aren't enough weapons or anything much class specific to warrant it. Most games with trading have thousands upon thousands of items while destiny has maybe a couple of hundred.

I agree, trading is silly in a game where everyone gets the same gear anyway. Now if there was some kind of crafting or something where each person had to specialize in one specific area then trading would be warranted. Or if the loot system were like Borderlands where you will never see the same weapon dropped twice then trading would once again be justified. Destiny doesn't need a trading system, it just needs a better loot distribution system where there isn't a disparity in luck amongst people who have played the same amount of time.

Agreed That and trading plus armour lvling = easy mode Maybe a trade system at the end of raids (times trading sort of system) for firemen members but other than that it's be crap

Simple fix ... Every account only gets 3 drops of any item. If you trade away all 3 vex or galleys etc you will not receive any more. Also if an item is traded (sold) more than once, every 3rd time it's transacted you have to take it to the gunsmith or xur to be repaired. This would add trading and limit the underground plus require the 3rd hand item to be re-leveled (repaired). The repair process would require some work pertaining to the origin of the weapon, a number of strikes, or some raid completion in the case of raid rewarded weapons.
