Please help!
Sorry for the inconvenient guardians,but I really need to get Bungie's attention on this
You may be wondering what's all this about, I'll go directly to it.
A month ago, the 12 of December to be precise, my son condition,he has Childhood Disintegrative Disorder, started to get worse,he did not display any emotion at all, he did not do anything, just eat, sleep, and repeat.
Me and my wife started to get desperate, we started looking for more professional help, so I traveled to the USA, to see a specialist in California. Among other things,He recommended us to try to involve our son in any activity that could create a challenge,and involve something that he could create emotional ties with.
We first went for the obvious choice: board games, without any success, but we discovered that he does like roleplaying, we went for RPG board games,books, but nothing would create major effects, until, one day, while googling, I found about destiny.
We got a PS3,since PS4s and Xbox were not available,and the game was only in regular PS3 edition.
The 16th of that month, he started playing, he got deeply involved with it,at the point that after playing, he would draw us what he did that day, now, we both know the entire storyline of the game. We were so happy,at last , he was happy again,something we hadn't seen in like 4 years. His favorite part of the game, is using his sparrow, he loves pivoting and ramming enemies,jumping on enemies and moving around with it in general.
So the 21th, I found about the season pass,and the tumbler, a sparrow in which you could do diverse freestyle tricks .We thought about it,and decided to order it,the second we explained him what the tumbler was about, I swear to god, I saw a smile on his face, it was minimal,but it was there, my wife bursted into tears in that moment.But, we forgot about something, if you want to make a transaction in which the money goes outside the country, you need a permit,even if the item costs one dollar.the permit did not arrive until Sunday.I did not know anything about the last day the Tumbler would be available was the 15th of January.
So I started searching why the tumbler didn't appear,instead he got some armor and some materials. After an hour or so, I found that the tumbler was not available anymore. My son was devastated, he took it very bad,he returned to his normal schedule, but without eating now,only sleeping, he hasnt eaten since the 18th,today we are going to take it to a hospital now,because he needs to eat.
In this two days, I contacted everyone that ,i thinked , could help me, BNGHelp0 - BNGHelp4 ,Leaved a message in DeeJ's twitter,also been trying to get some help in the forum, gathering people in a thread. sadly,nothing helped.So this is my last resource,if this does not help my son,I just will have to see what the future has for us.

Dear Help staff,
My son, was born with Childhood Disintegrative Disorder, summarized into autism,recently , our doctor recommended us to try to set challenges for him, find something interesting and challenging at the same time.
We tried board games, activity books,educational games,until ,one day,we found an article on a local magazine, in which we found about This game,Destiny , we live in argentina , so it took us a time to get the game,but when he got it,he first didn't know what to do,or didn't see any goal on it,but after a while,he really got interested with it,specially with the sparrow,he would just go around with it ramming enemies with it,so a few days ago,we found about the evo tumbler, do we told him that we would get him one,but ,to buy something online from the exterior,you need an approbation from the goverment to buy it, we did not know that the offer ended the 15th,so when he discovered about it,he stood up and got into his room,now we can't get it out, and he is very sad,so I've been doing some research,trying to find a way to send support tickets,trying to see if there it was an alternative way to get it, but apparently its impossible to get it now,so , me and my wife are desesperate now,and I want him to be happy again,to do something rather than stand up and doing random gestures and sounds, so I'm willing to pay if needed to get a tumbler,or at least a message or help, I just want him to be happy again,please if you could link me with someone to sort this out or help me yourself, it will be greatly appreciated,help me get back my son.

Edit 3: My son is better now, he came out of The hospital, and he will be back to play in 3-4 days, we will make him a new psn account , since this one was from his cousin.

Just give it to this guys kid like seriously bungie it's just a sparrow oh and I would recommend him to do the raids to try to get a sparrow there because the vog ride has a speed boost that makes it go turbo fast and it's perfect for ramming crap oh and BUMP

I was gonna say "oh great another one of these" but I've seen kids with this and it's actually really depressing. And the guy isn't begging bungie for an exotic that doesn't exist yet. He wants something a lot of guardians have but isn't available anymore which is the tumbler. If I could honestly give his son a tumbler I would give him mine. Honestly bungie what do you have to lose by giving him a sparrow Everyone already has. So you got my bump Bump

I hope ur kid gets that sparrow if not he can always try to be atheon on the vault of glass to try to get the time breaker. If u hold Dow both triggers the sparrow. Can go so fast it can explode. It's not the same thing but I feel sorry. It's a close second though if every thing else doesn't work.

Hey man I just found this thread and I will fully support you guys and help in whatever way I can think of. If you are playing on a ps4 add me cause I'd love to play with your son. If he hasn't played vault of glass yet I'll play it with him or Crota's end. It's awesome what you are doing as parents and seeing the destiny community all for helping each other.
