Thorn and TDYK are my favorites...but... Just maxed out my Timur's Lash so I'm getting to know that one now. So far it hits higher crits than any HC that I have. On a level 30 Thrall on CE it hits 1906 precision. Thorn was 1694 or so. However, Thorn goes through multiple targets at times and the bleed is a one hit to the upper body. The final round perk raised Thorn to about a 2200+ critical on that last round. The Lash is a beast though.
