Vex no contest. In the IB yesterday I saw a level 32 going against a team where the highest level member was 28 most were mid 20's. He was not even that good but got 46 kills. He got killed himself 7 times and never bothered to try and capture a zone.

32 dying seven times in iron banner to a low level team is shameful. He must suck in reg crucible

Any level with a fully upgraded weapon does full damage to anyone. Damage in IB doesn't work like raid.
