The IB one gets close, I ended up with field scout, tracking, and clown cartridge. It's basically a reskinned Hezens in appearance though so it's kind of lame :/

5 RepliesI worked my butt off in IB to get the rocket launcher to make exactly this. The closest I got (70 motes later) was tracking (which was very rare) and field scout (see titan for detail) Hard graft.

I think if you re-rolled the rocket launcher that IB had then you could get the 3 tube/tracking thing if you had enough motes.

This is what i tried to re-roll for on Radegast's Fury. But it seems those two perks go in the same "slot", so they can't be paired up with eachother, at least with that rocket launcher, most likely any other legendary RL

3 Rockets and tracking perk at the same time is a bit tough to get, that's why Truth is an exotic. If you say tracking One Way Ticket 000 and Hunger of Crota will be the best bet, but both have 2 shells on tube only. You may be better off look for the one that give you bonus shell after reload, which can give you 2+1 bonus shell which make it "3 rockets" occasionally.

I don't think you can buy one. Would have to get a lucky roll either ranking up Vanguard/any faction, drop from nightfall or reforging the IB RL.

Can't have that now. I don't know about the old 300 ones. But the 331 ones have tripod and tracking (and proximity and clusters ffs) all on the same mod point.

I used to have one, can't remember if it was steel oracle or exodus but it had tracking and a perk for 3 rockets it must have been a random drop/reward and not from purchase.
