Vault of Glass without a microphone ?
Hey, so I've got the game since yesterday and just reached lvl 26, but I know the strategy of VoG and I was wondering, is it okay to join a group without having a microphone (As I cannot speak) or should I forget about it ?

Can you hear the fireteam? If so, message someone in the group and say you can hear and can follow instructions.

Over 50 Raids w/o mic.

I didnt had a microphone too when i did my 2 raids. First time went pretty good and at the second time they even used me to prevent the templar from teleport. You just need to listen carefully what the leader says. Its a bit more difficult to get groups but it is possible.

As long as you listen then you're fine. Did CE with someone mic-less and when we said "wipe" he went and revived us all.

Long as you can hear your teammates and you've got good guns, you should be fine. I do it all the time without a mic. Even went through VoG hard. Unfortunately we didn't get past Gatekeeper since everyone lost interest

I've done the VoG without speaking many times with different fireteams. Just make sure you can hear what they're saying though. Because if they can't hear you then they're gonna at least want to tell you where to go and what to do. And I would probably get to at least lvl 28 or 29 before attempting the VoG if I were you.

I'm 31 and even though I've barely done the vog and I don't have a mic I can hear people saying, "he's 31 he can handle it" "he's the best here, it's ok" "he can't be that bad, he's 31" P.s. I do know what to do For you however, maybe 26 isn't the best level for it. But just in case you are going, make sure ur at least half your fireteam is high leveled and all of you know what to do :)
