Is there a perk that gives the spear more rounds in the clip? 3 just isn't enough. What are some of the good Rolls for PVE. What are people looking for in the launcher do PVE ?

Field scout will give the sniper more, I went for rodeo, field scout and counterbalance perk, and firefly.
