As someone who has a Vex I assure you the gun really isn't that OP.
Just don't run around the map looking for close quarter encounters, medium to long range most guns can beat it in a firefight.

The vex is op i got shot 150 times in 2 mins

you are just bad then... the vex is fine, and you should "get gud noob" otherwise don't play pvp if it bothers you that a gun, weaker than any legendary or exotic (in attack damage) was wrecking you.... apparently you have it, and are just that bad as to not know how to use it... any thorn, suros, or last word can Wreck a mythoclast... Not sure if OP is a troll or just that bad...
