So I go the spear with surplus... Field scout/snapshot/skiprounds and then clown cartridge. Also solar what do you think? I'm looking more for PVE perks

I know it could be better but I feel like that has everything necessary for a top shelf sniper rifle. I also don't wanna spent 70 motes of light and end up in a worse position. I like solar so it can be a replacement for my ice breaker when I need to use an exotic primary. What are some of the better perks people are rolling for?

well best is surplus field scout and firefly plus void or arc for element the game already gives ice breaker and black hammer good to have dif element sniper mine rolled with double down instead of surplus which is a waste for pve ohwell dont want risk rolling perfect only got 8 motes left ambush scope best mine got tacsys which is still nice
