Do you have Pvp Lag?
Dear Bungie, it seems that almost every Pvp game i play has Lag. Whether it be enemies teleporting all over or the inability to even damage anyone. To the times when you kill someone THEN they die, or the more subtle postmortem melee kills. Please work on your servers.

Pretty sure it's matchmaking throwing everyone all over the word together. It kind of needs to match by connection strength but i'm not sure if it's that simple since I'm not a programmer.
