How do people not have enough coins for this? I don't usually buy anything from him anymore because of the repeats, have 2 characters, and i'm sitting pretty at 123 strange coins (give or take) after buying my 2nd IB (the 1st dropped for me a LONG time ago and i had Obsidian Mind decrypt out of a legendary helmet engram Wednesday night with better stats than the one Xur is selling, so i don't need to buy that). Do i need that 2nd IB? No, but it's something i use constantly on both my Warlocks so it'll be nice to have one less item to shift back & forth.
If you have the coins and don't buy Icebreaker, something's wrong with you...and i don't wanna hear whining about him selling it again. If you don't have the coins, i'm sorry and i feel for you

When people don't get drops or anything they end up buying multiples. I just got my first exotic from legendary 2 days ago. I've played at least 2 hours a day for the past 4 months. Bad rng means buying a lot of what you like because you may never get it again. I have gotten at least 20 primary legendary engrams still no hawkmoon.
