Absolutely, and they should update the raid gear to reflect that. That way, the VOG isn't completely overshadowed be Crota in terms of gear quality. Not saying that Fatebringer is bad or anything, but it would be nice if the weapons and armor were relevent as opposed to being replaced with Crota gear for the sake of level 32
