You want a very small spoiler. The smaller the spoiler the better. It's purpose is to direct airflow upwards so that the von-carman voticies form above the car rather than behind it. This is because the vortexes formed 'pull' on the car(not the exact physics but close enough.) The idea is to deflect the vortex as far away from the car as possible.
