Depends, you usually play alone or are you a team player? Tram player, Obsidian mind can spawn a lot of orbs if used right. If solo, Ice Breaker is probably a better bet

I play lots of crucible, and usually only do vanguard tier strikes as a pve element, so I'd say I'm a team player.
