No one earns IB
IB was sold in the first 3 weeks of the game.
IB dropped for me in the 4th week, earlier for some of my raid friends.
You've seen people join a raid in the last 5 minutes and get a Vex or Suros...you don't earn drops, you either get the ones you want or you don't.
Stop whining, drink your tiger blood and keep on playing, winning!
