Are Ruin Wings a worth while exotic to have?
I have them on my titan and just got them upgraded to the more heavy ammo perk are they worth it?
Edit: glad to see the positive responses I've seen negative feedback on them recently and was wondering what everyone else had to say
Edit 2: I guess my question would be if they are not working what other exotic would you put on your titan and why?
