Is it possible to roll Radegast's Fury with tracking and cluster bomb?

Nope, they roll under the same perk slot (perk 1): tracking, grenades and horseshoes, tripod or cluster bombs cannot roll with each other

Exact question I want to know. Able to roll Tracking, Field Scout, and Who's Next. I think I'll keep it.
