How? She was speeding and it said she and her husband had drinks at a bar and she didn't see them. And the boys were just riding there bikes with no drugs or alcohol in there systems. Why is this going to court? Why is this even a case? What is wrong with people?

Also, as far as I remember the reason she's suing the families is because they were basically suing her into the ground and this was the only way she was going to not lose everything she had. Not saying it's right by any means, but she's just trying to legally defend herself from what amounted to an accident.
