Aside from the Tribunal, there are no Chimer in existence on Mundas They all became Dunmer after Azura went bitch mode and turned them dark with red eyes

Only the Chimer became Dunmer Snow Elves (Ancient Falmer) were completely different. They existed there in Skyrim long before the Atmorans/Nords They became Falmer around the time of the Snow Prince's death when they realized that they had lost to the invaders and sought a pact with the Dwemer. Which backfired on them and so they became mutant like things over generations thanks to some shrooms that were part of the deal
