For timur's lash everybody is saying that outlaw is better, which is right in terms of reload speed, but as someone pointed out, it is useless against bosses, so i would say spray and play is better.

The first Iron Banner I played, I had Firefly on the first drop, then I rerolled and haven't had it since. In assuming it was a bug.

In terms of overall benefit, I would place Outlaw before Spray and Play because: -Outlaw's reload animation is faster than Spray and Play -Majority of PvE and PvP kills should be headshots anyway -I also use Luck in the Chamber, so I can speed reload immediately after the Lucky Round and effectively get more Lucky Rounds in the future But... If you're going for Crowd Control, then I'd definitely suggest the Spray and Play. Ultimitely, the decision should be based on the perks you're planning to use. If you can get 2of the 3 you want, but get Outlaw or Spray and Play instead of the other, I wouldn't risk another roll. They're both great reload perks.

Hell yeah I have outlaw and who's next on my red hand ix and it reloads like it's possessed by a speed demon of some sort lol the animation is crazy fast

Depends on what you use it on, if it's bosses you should use VoC or something but good point

I got a timur's lash in the first iron banner with spray and play and to be honest, the reload was even faster than last word, which if i am correct has the fastest reload speed of all handa cannons. If you add to that a gauntlet that has increased reload speed for hand cannons, then it is even better. Of course, in the end it depends of each person, but when you are fighting a boss, believe me you will want to have that perk. I know that outlaw is faster, but spray and play is for every situation i think.
