Is Radegasts Fury any good?
I've been very unfortunate and not gotten Hezen Vengeance, Hunger of Crota, or Gjallarhorn.
I recently bought Dragons Breath but I'd prefer one of the good legendary launchers to pair with Icebreaker

That's exactly what I'm doing. Trying to get it to pair with IB. Going to go for re-roll until I get solar with tracking and heavy payload.

You need to look at: Elemental damage - solar/void/arc all have uses, depending on enemy or what you already have Blast radius - higher blast radius works better when you want to target an area Velocity - higher velocity means the rocket is going to hit the target faster and may do more DPS on a specific target (exceptions for things like Dragon's Breath solar flare, cluster bombs, wolf-pack rounds, etc) The rest is all about the perks, which are subject to the luck of the roll. If you look at Radegast's Fury, it has high blast radius and medium-high velocity (both of which can be affected by perks). That puts it in a good base for launchers; most of the ones of this type get stuck with single rockets because otherwise they would be OP - but if you can roll a perk that gives you Tripod, Field Scout or a fast reload type you can overcome that issue. It's worth checking the weapon tree out at destinydb to see what your roll options can be. Being able to change the weapon perks can make it into an exceptional weapon.

worth it if you have 0/3 good launchers. just re-roll for better perks
