Unless I was asleep when I checked out the IB gear, it looked like it was all 33 light (same as Vanguard/Crucible/Faction vendors).

There is no way to hit level 32 without having 4 pieces of 36 light armour - which still means either 4 pieces of raid gear or 3 plus an exotic.

Yeah, I didn't look over every piece, so I must have just checked out the first chest armour. Not sure why they would have different levels, but whatever, it makes for easier levelling up if you have 21 less radiant energy to scrounge. Since I have about 200 ascendant shards (thanks, Nightfall), this could be worth doing for as JTJ suggests.
