Deathsinger singing before getting in to room
hey bungie
a few times now i have atemted crotas raid and every time i get to the deathsinger part she starts her song right away giving me and my mates no time at all to try and kill the deathsinger i know its a mecanic of the game but would not think it to even start before ppl got into the room would be nice if u gave a bit more time or at least stopped her from doing that when u are not even in the room.

That only happens if A)The group takes too long. It'll activate itself if that's the case. B)Someone touched, shot, or got hit by one of the knights that are kneeling in the middle area.

The raid was patched of all known cheeses and I presume they patched the deathsingers song too. I solo'ed the raid today (except for crota, gonna finish him off later) and it took me about 6 or 7tries to do that part. The song prepares as soon as you move forward and outside. Must say though it makes for intense gaming when you have only 3 minutes to do it all.

Pretty sure this was a cheese fix, using invisible players could down the wizards without starting the song, best guess is now there is a location check point that starts song instead of aggro.

The timer for her song starts as soon as the entire sequence begins, when you come out of the hall and into the arena. You're gonna have to be faster, guardian.

1 ReplyJust pull the wizards camp in the two towers to kill them and down the shriekers. It is tricky and usually a close call. Best of luck man.
