Mine has outlaw, perfect balance and third eye, if third eye was luck in the chamber in my opinion it is one of the best

Edited by MissyKib: 1/13/2015 4:42:31 AMLuck in the chamber is good on hand cannons due to the multiplier but with crowd control and the quick reload of outlaw the DMG can get very high specially with field scout, crowd control for trash clearing luck for bosses in the end. Also considering the ROF on the hand cannon stability is not truly required.
