Earlier updates brought some small improvements that nonetheless made the game better (shader and armor previews, extra bounty slots, etc.). Here are some other ideas that seem like they wouldn't take a lot of work, but might make the game better in meaningful ways. [b]1. Unique Exotic Weapon Bounties for ALL Exotics:[/b] Limit them by still requiring a Vanguard Mentor Missive, but when we get one, let us work for whichever exotic we crave by having a unique bounty for every exotic in the game. RNG shouldn’t be the only way to obtain that elusive Gjallahorn or No Land Beyond. (And nobody needs 5 Bad-Jujus.) [b]2. Give us something to spend Motes of Light on! [/b] Some ideas: - Re-Roll any Legendary at the Gunsmith for 20 motes of light - [b]Upgrade Vault of Glass Legendary weapons to 331 level for 20 motes of light.[/b] - Buy Legendary Engrams at the Cryptarch for 10 motes of light - Buy Exotic Engrams at the Cryptarch for 20 motes of light - Have the Speaker sell one piece of Raid-level (36) armor per week for 50 motes of light. (Not actual Raid gear but the equivalent). Will allow more player variation instead of everyone looking the same. [b]3. Make the Weekly Heroic and Nightfall different strikes.[/b] It’s far too repetitive to make them both the same strike. Also, make at least one of the strikes a non-DLC strike so some players aren’t completely shut out for the whole week. [b]4. Give us some NEW bounties.[/b] These can’t be all that difficult to write, and would offer a small change of pace for long-term players. Maybe make some of them Raid based. For example: - Open 15 loot chests +50 - Complete 3 strikes +100 - Obtain 10 blue engrams +100 - Kill 50 enemies with ______ damage (Void, Solar, Arc) +100 - Kill 10 Oracles in a Raid +200 - Complete a Raid +200 - Etc. Think of some new stuff!! [b]5. Have the postmaster give a “Strike Package” for every 50 Strike completions. [/b] (Guaranteed Legendary item, Possible Exotic item?) [b]6. Have the postmaster give a “Raid Package” for every 10 Raid completions. [/b] (Guaranteed Raid Item, Guaranteed Exotic Item) [b]7. Have 1 “Event” every other week, rotating between Queen’s Wrath, Iron Banner, etc. [/b] (Why aren’t there more of these? Why has the Queen’s Wrath only happened once?) [b]8. Introduce new Exotics! [/b] Occasionally introduce new exotics (not just at DLC time). This will give even long time players who have all the current exotics something new to strive for. And some will always be better than others. The desire to have that "best of the best" exotic can be renewed if something even better eventually is created. (Original suggestion was to have Xur sell 2 weapons per week, or 1 weapon and 1 engram). [b]9. Put a system in place to exchange Ascendant materials for Radiant materials. [/b] (No matter how many Ascendants it takes to equal one Radiant.) We can already transform Radiant stuff from one into the other with Eris, let us also be able to "upconvert" our Ascendant materials and/or exchange for other types. Edit 2: Thanks again for all the positive responses. Also, don't get caught up too much in how much I suggested things to "cost" in terms of motes of light or whatever. Bungie can make things more expensive or less based on how long they think it will take to grind out. I think the main point I was trying to make is that there should be a clear reward at the end of XX amount of grinding. In other words, "positive reinforcement" for grinding, and different ways to grind (like Exotic bounties). Not just playing strikes over and over for RNG. A lot of people want to upgrade VoG weapons, so I have an idea. Have Kabr or any other guardian that went into the VoG (sorry I haven't read all the grimoire) become an Eris-like character. We would have to rank up with the character (by doing bounties, completing VoG x amount of times, etc). After we rank up enough, we will have the option to upgrade our weapons for X amount of raid tokens. Raid tokens will be given for every raid completed from start to finish. They could make it 15 VoG tokens and 15 CE tokens to make sure everything is tied in to the dlc and the original content it came from. That way VoG wouldn't be obsolete, people would still upgrade their weapons, and CE will still be important. This could also apply to the next dlc through Eris with CE weapons. Edit: Raid tokens are given for raids completed from start to finish because this would prevent people from farming normal atheon checkpoints etc. Edit: Make grimoire for raids accessible through respective characters. Ex) VoG grim from Kabr, CE grimoire from Eris. Edit: Raid tokens could also be a hard only thing for all weapons, or just hard mode weapons, to keep things even. Ex) Fatebringer needs 10 hard mode tokens and Voc needs 10 normal tokens. I think bungie should implement this because it would keep everything relevant, keep the playerbase happy, and add more variety. (This could also apply to armor for an X amount of tokens (probably closer to 10)). Sorry if anyone has already suggested this. Thanks for reading!!

I want sound control. it really messes me around when I have to shout over the game just to be heard. Your music team did a good job and it's not that I don't want to hear the music. I just want to be able to communicate with my friends as well without having to be heard in other rooms over the music.

allow the gunsmith to upgrade 300 attack legendaries to 331 for a ridiculous amount of glimmer, weapon parts and other rare materials such as marks. make it so expensive that it is a serious grind to get the required materials. this would mean we could upgrade our favorite weapon for a serious price and it would make the gunsmith useful again. for example, to upgrade 1 weapon u would need: 15000 glimmer 50 crucible marks 50 vanguard marks 25 ascendent energy 1 331 attack legendary weapon of the same type (pulse rifle, hand cannon, ect.) if u use ascendent energies it will also bring people back to the vault of glass. this would add a larger assortment of weapon choices. You tell us to talk to you, but you never actually respond to the very important posts about Xûr and whatnot. We want changes. Let us vote on Xûr, the weekly strike, burns on the nightfall, etc. Give us a few new exotics every month or two. Create some new Strikes for free every once in a while. I know that you aren't in charge, but at least acknowledge your fan base.
