USB update image !!! Here you go bungie ... a challenge for you to prove your usual "[i]Check your internet connection[/i]" blame game. How about; - you make a USB image available. - we download it via a PC, validate checksum etc - we then use that image (no network involved) If/When the patch still does not work perhaps you can start claiming "[i]Check your USB device[/i]". Simple idea ... would prove your point ... seems obvious.

To do some actual fault isolation. A quick and simple trial to validate the only [url=http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11897]"[i]two possible fixes[/i]"[/url] as bungie claims, remove the network. If it doesn't work it will bungie knows their assertion was wrong. If it does then we have our first fix, move onto the remaining hundreds. either way - nothing to lose ... other than bungie's blame excuse.

  • Every time I see bungie offer up the excuse of patches not working due to network problems I give them the same challenge. So far not a single reply :(
