If you can't complete Crota Raid and farm him with multiple toons to get lvl 32 gear then you should quit either way cuz don't expect iron banner or any other event to sell easily into lvl 32 gear cuz final lvls if you haven't noticed in most MMORPGS or MMOs are RAID gear to get into that last final portion of high lvl content or END GAME CONTENT if you prefer.

They sold level 30 armor pre DLC. They'll do level 32 eventually also.

Only when HoWs DLC is out then yeah cuz assuming cap will be raised up towards lvl 35/40 hopefully they raise it up at least 40, then when 1.5 comet comes out raise it to 50/60 somewhere along where most MMOs cap lvls are.

As the final pre-dlc banner did; there will be a few items offered at lvl32 (likely helm and chest); but the banner will not offer a full set at that cap - meaning some raid gear will be required to get to the 32 cap.
