Kabr, Xur, The Stranger...
Okay so I've been talking to a few people the last few days trying to piece together a few characters, and work out what this huge secret that DeeJ posted about in the Vault of Glass. When you first talk to the stranger, she talks to her team them teleports to God knows where. My theory is that she may have something to do with the house of wolves. Every Raid there is a character that survives, just one. Vault of Glass there is Kabr, the legend, the myth, but I'll come back to him. Crota's End there's Eris, so what's to say she's not the survivor for the house of wolves raid. There's no proff that I'm right just a hunch.
Now Kabr, he went into the BIG with a 6 man team, 5 were erased from time by the Gorgons, and he survived, only to go back and vanish. Now nothing is known about anything after he returns, what if he didn't die, that he went in and the Nine recruited and rebuilt him because he was so badly injured that he could not be recognized, maybe Kabr is Xur!! There is minimal info on the Nine, but maybe Kabr is Xur. Just a theory, I have no proff just a hunch, discuss if you think there's any chance.

2 RepliesI had an interesting thought about the stranger the other day. The whole game is about you becoming a legend, although you never get the feeling that you are one in the game. Every legend has a beginning, and this is ours. However the stranger comes from a different time. She comments that the vex brought both of you to that place, she already knew who you were, and sent you to kill the heart of the vex. What if she came from a future where you have become legendary, but the vex's plans have already begun to tear humanity to pieces. She comes back in time to give you advice and have you do missions that will greatly affect the future but can only maintain the connection for a short time. Kinda rambled, and maybe forgot to mention something. But this is getting really long.
