Be in the tower during the nightly reset get all of her new bounties and turn them in.. When you get back on later that day those same bounties will be available again..
The reset time here is early in the AM so I never got around to doing it..

I think reset time is 4am here. Not really sure. I'm almost level 4 I don't need to do that

It doesn't just work with eris it works with all other bounties as well.. From what I understand anyway
