That b!tch just glitched me! I was at 3972/4000 and turned in a +75 rep bounty to make rank 4. Nope. Rep didn't move. Stuck at 3972! WTF you bleeping three eyed transient?
Edit: turned in one more bounty and she gave me rank 4. Weird. Picked up the Sunsetting shader. Not bad.
