Is Oni related to Halo?
In the book the first strike it mentions the ONI files alot and i relized oni is a game!, its based in the year 2032 just 20 years before they found the Halo ring so is Oni the game related to Halo?

Halo takes place some where in the 2500 area not 2053. And no they are not related.

I see no purple-haired, chrysalis-mutated humans in Halo, and the world hasn't turned into a giant toxic jungle outside the cities. So no, ONI is not related to Halo.

i believe oni is set in the past of halo maybe at the begining of human genetic manipulation

ONI (Office of Naval Intelligence) is actually a real division of the Navy, and it was used in a lot of the Halo books (and a lot of fan-fiction), but I don't think the Oni game is related to Halo (even though it was made by Bungie).
