Hive - fist of crota mission you can kill blade of crota in the 1st 20 seconds of mission... Quit to orbit rinse repeat should take you 4 - 5 mins

Sword of Crota - first room has ~4-5 majors, you then kill yourself. Rinse and repeat.

Earth patrol first building on the left downstairs...3 give majors kill go upstairs and repeat...3 mins max

True, definetly the fastest way in the basement near the spawn point at earth patrol.

True but you can knock out eris bounties at same time this way.... Kill 15 hive with sword / kill 3 blades etc
