Three Fusion Grenades would be too OP, so no.

No, but it allows 2 Touch of Flame - boosted Fusion Grenades... The damage increase is significant enough to warrant use if that's your aim. Protocol allows a more "offensive" sunsinger build.

Nope. That Warlock chest is crap unless you want to use one of your other perks in place of additional grenade, such as the hover while aiming thing. Personally I only see that switch being useful as part of a PvP set.
