Hi There. Same issue here. Bought the Digital Guardian Edition for Xbox One - never received the EV-30 Sparrow. Followed the FAQ. I've tried talking to bungie but they won't replace missing/deleted items. I contacted Xbox Support and had them refund my purchase so I could buy it again - still didn't work.
Its ridiculous we're not receiving the items we've paid for.. I'm sorry this is happening to you too.

How did you contact Bungie directly?

I have been posting in the forums - talked to Bungie help through here. I don't think there is a way to directly contact them. (But there really should be)
