For all those trying to get the Helm, I find if you are the host, you have a better chance of getting the helm. The one in my team that normally host has gotten all 3 helms for all 3 characters. I hosted one game, and got the helm, the ship and raid gun right away. Just something to look into for all those trying to get it but cannot.
