I'd gladly trade in 10-15 ascendant materials for 1 radiant material. It would make VOG more useful too. I don't get why bungie doesn't reward the tried and true players. The players that have played the game for months and dealt with all the bugs up until now. They would rather reward all the new people. Older players are part of the player base too.

I received an LDR 5001, with Double Down and Last Round perks, and the option of Snapshot, Armor Piercing Rounds, or Skip Rounds. This thing is an Arc damage model with Impact on par with Icebreaker. It's a total BEAST and has now replaced my Patience and Time in my primary character's loadout. Thanks for the holiday gift. And I appreciate the work you are doing/will keep doing to minimize server drops and connection errors due to the litany of animal codes....

Thanks for the post. The original players (including myself) never got free legendaries during the long haul to level 30. We even had to put up with Rahool's scam for a while. I don't see why others should complain about free guns.
