Most useless Perk on a Legendary?
I think mine is Third Eye, on The Cure, on a Rocket Launcher that holds just one round.
Anyone else?

Surplus on my LDR works on my Gjallarhorn as well (no idea why or how or if it's even a glitch) but it means whenever I pick up a block of heavy ammo I get 5 or 6 shots which is pretty awesome

"Sliding 2 extra feet saved my life!" -Said No one ever Spray and play on a shotgun. I love reloading one shot quickly and the rest slow AF. Feeding frenzy. It's exactly like outlaw but not as good. Unflinching... On a rocket launcher. Whee.
