It's happening to a lot of people. Try to restore your licenses from settings>psn>restore licenses WHILE destiny is not on. Once it's restored, relaunch destiny, this is not guaranteed by the way but I hope it works for you!

Best to click log out when you finish playing destiny. That's why it thinks your still logged in. Log in with you last known character that worked and then click log out on the load out screen. Re boot and then try again
